• Chilled water system (FAHU, AHU & FCU) &
. Chilled water pumps (Primary & Secondary)
. Screw chillers/ any other chillers.
Split AC/ Package ACs.
2. PLUMBING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Commercial building Maintenance Experience on
the below;
Booster Pumps, Sump Pumps & Sewage Pumps.
. UPVC/ PPR/ HDPE Piping joints.
Flush systems, water heaters & sanitary wares.
Clearing of blockage in drain pipes, soil pipes,
storm water systems, Grease traps etc.
3. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Commercial building Maintenance Experience on the
below;
. LV Panels (MDB, Capacitor banks, SMDB, DB).
• VFD & Starter Control Panels.
. Lighting Control Panels/ Office space wiring.
. Earthing/ ELV systems.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of Gulf Experience in Commercial
Building Maintenance at Facilities Management
Industry
ITI or Diploma in relevant field.
Good communication skills.
