Chemical/catalyst Handling Operator - 10 Nos

Job Description
Assist in shifting catalyst and chemicals within QP Refinery.
Loading. unloading of Refinery chemicals and catalyst under QP's supervision.
Placing drums on rack and connect to injection system wherever chemicals are
injected directly from the drums.
Operating pneumatic pumps for chemical transfer.
Dilution and mixing of the chemicals for the desired composition under QP supervision.
Removing empty chemical & catalyst drums/cans/bags/wooden pallets & loading9
on the truck.
MTBE Tanker hose connection and earthing connection and disconnection for
transferring MTBE from tanker to MTBE storage tank.
Transfer of RFCc(Residue Fluidized Catalytic Cracker) fresh catalyst from container/
Bags to the hopper Area. Connection/dis-connection for vacuum pulling & catalyst
transfer from truck and unloading of fresh catalyst under QP's supervision. Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Fully aware of safety rules & hazards associated with chemicals & catalyst handling.
English speaking is mandatory.
Qualification
Sr.Secondary School (12 Class) or Secondary School (10 class) along with Industrial Certificate.
Copy of the Educational Certificate to be attached in the CV as supporting document.
3 years working experience in Chemicals/Catalyst handling at Refinery/Petrochemical plant.
